About The Position

CH operates multiple Women’s Health clinics across West Michigan. This position will support the following OBGYN locations: 221 Michigan, Grandville , 3800 Lake Michigan Drive, 2750 East Beltline, Midwifery Practice at 68th St, Zeeland OBGYN and Holland OBGYN. The position requires 2 days of availability per week. Minimum 2 years experience required. Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
• 2 years of relevant experience in ultrasound
• CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• Or CRT-Abdomen (AB) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excluding Vascular Sites Upon Hire required
• And CRT-Ob/Gyn (OB) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excluding Vascular Sites Upon Hire required
• CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Vascular Sites Upon Hire required
• Or CRT-Vascular Sonographer (VS) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Vascular Sites Upon Hire required
• And CRT-Breast (BR) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Breast Center Sites Excluding Regionals not performing Breast Imaging Imaging Upon Hire required
• Or CRT-Breast Sonographer (BS) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Breast Center Sites Excluding Regionals not performing Breast Imaging Upon Hire required
• CRT-Pediatric Sonographer (PS) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography HDVCH Sites Upon Hire preferred
• CRT-Musculoskeletal (MSK) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography MSK Sites Upon Hire preferred
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Performs basic diagnostic ultrasound examinations as prescribed by the physician and documents findings.
• Assists physicians with invasive procedures as needed.
• Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.
