As an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant with a strong track record of delivery, a passion for continuous learning, you bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams. As a UKG Payroll Consultant, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to help clients fully realize the value of their workforce management investment. You will play a key role in guiding payroll implementations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Service
  • Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific regulations and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and Supporting the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.
  • Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Migrate and Validate data during implementations.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities)
  • Functional Knowledge: Experience with Payroll History and General Ledger processes
  • Delivery: Ability to support all aspects of payroll configurations, implementations, and enhancements
  • Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive payroll discovery files
  • Data Analysis & Communication: Ability to interpret WFM, HR and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain project required documentation and schedules appropriately
