About The Position

This position is a senior level analyst responsible for acquiring in-depth knowledge of the UKG Pro WFM application, its software, architecture, and interdependencies within the Mount Sinai landscape. It involves working independently on project tasks and leading task execution for application implementation and support, including system components, testing, and documentation of workflows. The role requires the ability to independently interact with clients, guide decision-making, demonstrate critical thinking, and develop solutions for identified issues. The individual will be responsible for framework processes and methodologies, involving departmental or cross-functional teams, and planning, coordinating, and monitoring scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, tasks, risks, staff, and deliverables. This position will also monitor the project from initiation through completion and organize and lead activities related to project management and completion. This position consults with business partners to define requirements and develop solutions, demonstrating a high level of analytical and operational thinking and the ability to translate requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for IT solutions and integrating architecture. This position is accountable for root cause analysis, troubleshooting, configuration changes, unit testing, and leading UAT testing sessions with business areas, supporting all technology solutions within the TimeKeep systems and business application functions. The role ensures systems are functioning well and supports end-users. The individual should create documents on new processes for buy-in, test results, and follow proper testing cycles, including test assurance. They should be proficient with data views and reports for production and analysis. The individual must be available for weekend calls and provide payroll support on a rotating basis once every six weeks. This role partners across organizations such as Labor, HR, Finance, and Payroll to elicit requirements and define problems with statistical impact in a short period. Building credibility through follow-through on commitments and comfort with multi-tasking and thinking on one's feet are essential.
