About the Role The UKG Director collaborates with UKG practice leadership and business development to lead the end-to-end UKG consulting services. This includes owning revenue, margin, client satisfaction, and the delivery quality of engagements. This leader drives enterprise sales, oversees engagement management and delivery execution, and scales the practice through repeatable methodologies and top-tier talent. The Director is accountable for both commercial outcomes (new bookings, cross-sell, renewals) and operational excellence (on-time delivery, utilization, quality).
