About The Position
UKG Administrator III is a senior analyst responsible for leading configuration and enhancement efforts in UKG. This individual serves as a subject matter expert and key liaison between business and technical teams.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of UKG WFM experience
- One or more UKG WFM badges (Foundational)
- Deep expertise in complex business processes, reporting, and cross-functional integrations
- Proven experience leading design sessions and mentoring others
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or comparable combination of education and relevant experience)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end configuration of complex enhancements involving multiple systems
- Develop and maintain advanced reports, dataviews, and hyperfinds
- Analyze and resolve cross-functional issues and data dependencies
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design sessions with business stakeholders
- Provide input on system governance, data integrity, and compliance practices
- Contribute to release management strategy and testing coordination
- Mentor junior team members and drive process documentation and knowledge sharing
- Subject-matter expert on multiple configuration areas with a strong understanding of how they are implemented at MultiCare (examples include: Pay Policies, Scheduler Setup, Attestation, reporting, etc.)
