Requirements

• 6+ years of professional UX design experience, with a preference for candidates who have designed complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, or Framer.
• Solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD) and Design Thinking principles, including planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, and heuristic analysis.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design, along with usability and accessibility concerns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Openness to receiving constructive feedback and a passion for resolving user pain points through great design.

Nice To Haves

• Basic frontend development skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Translate product concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate our client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify complex design problems and devise elegant, user-centered solutions.
• Make strategic design decisions related to core, new, and existing functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach to rapidly test, iterate, and refine designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with distributed team members, clients, and stakeholders, synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications and championing new ideas.
