Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX engineering
Advanced proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric web applications
Expertise in responsive design and accessibility standards
Experience working within Agile teams

Nice To Haves

Experience building and maintaining robust design systems
Familiarity with usability testing methodologies
Knowledge of advanced accessibility (WCAG) compliance

Responsibilities

Design and develop visually stunning, responsive interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Translate wireframes, prototypes, and UX designs into functional applications with pixel-perfect accuracy
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to optimize product usability and accessibility
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to responsive design principles
Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and WCAG accessibility compliance
Participate in Agile team activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews
Drive continuous improvement by embracing best practices and emerging UI/UX frameworks
