About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer with a strong background in user interface and user experience design, a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This person will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience and translating design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch
• Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance

Nice To Haves

• Creation and maintenance of comprehensive design systems for large-scale projects
• Demonstrated ability to increase user engagement by at least 20% through UI/UX improvements on previous projects
• Experience in conducting user research studies, including usability testing and user interviews
• Proven experience in reducing user task completion time by at least 25% through streamlined user flows and intuitive navigation design

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners and customer PMO team to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visually communicate design concepts and ideas
• Design and develop user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and easy to use
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes
• Create and deliver design assets and specifications to developers for implementation
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
