About The Position

Participates in user experience (UX) projects at all levels: acts as a UX project lead for medium to large projects (size and complexity). Advocates and represents the customer in product and platform development. Interprets customer and user research findings, and designs and develops effective and elegant user experiences. Provides creative resolution of problems or issues in order to achieve an improved future result. About the Role Creates, evaluates and modifies moderately complex prototypes to support evolving software application development. Develops user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses. About You: Develops and applies software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. Provides UX training and mentoring to other UX staff. Communicates and advocates usability and product standards, practices and theories. Contributes to and refines establishment of department UX standards and practices.
