About The Position
This UI/UX designer role involves conducting comprehensive analyses of existing products, performing user research to understand customers, and facilitating design thinking workshops to foster innovation. The position also requires expertise in UX writing, UX design, and user interface design, including the creation of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. The designer will report to the Head of Product and collaborate closely with the product, technical, and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of our current products using benchmarks, user interviews, and available data.
- Create and analyze user tests to formulate recommendations that will have a real impact on the user experience.
- Conduct market research to better understand our customers and users, and translate this information into innovative personas and interface designs.
- Facilitate ideation workshops to stimulate creativity and innovation, and explore new design opportunities that will define the future of our product.
- Follow the user via the interface to analyze their vision of expectations or actions to be carried out.
- Participate in co-design workshops, develop customer journeys to create captivating user experiences.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that embody our ideas and facilitate testing and validations with our users.
