This role delivers conceptually strong, visually cohesive, and strategically-aligned design across web, interactive and print channels. The Art Director/Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and implementing visual communication material from concept through production, designing and supporting the execution of marketing materials, and designing visually compelling, responsive, user-friendly layouts for websites and digital interfaces. This role also involves developing and applying consistent visual standards across creative assets to maintain a unified brand identity, translating strategic marketing goals into cohesive design approaches, and providing art direction across layout, typography, color usage, imagery, and interaction patterns. The position requires conferring with internal clients to determine objectives, constraints, and the best approach to the work, as well as working collaboratively with copywriters, marketing program managers, project managers, developers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative on time. The role also involves contributing to brainstorming and concept development sessions, reviewing deliverables for accuracy, brand consistency, accessibility considerations, and production readiness, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and maintaining strong attention to detail in both digital and print production processes. Additionally, the role helps develop processes, documentation, and templates to help maximize team efficiency.
