The UI Software Engineering Lead is responsible for technical leadership, design quality, and delivery execution of Aikyam’s user interfaces across customer facing and admin experiences. This role combines hands on engineering, architecture influence, and people/team leadership, ensuring secure, performant, and accessible UI solutions that align with enterprise identity standards.
