UI Frameworks Evangelist, WWDR

Apple•Cupertino, CA

About The Position

As a member of Apple’s Worldwide Developer Relations Evangelism team, the UI Frameworks Evangelist helps third-party developers adopt UI frameworks and technologies across Apple platforms. The role focuses primarily on SwiftUI and related UI frameworks, helping developers improve the architecture, design, and quality of apps used by millions of people. This includes working directly with developers on how they build, structure, and migrate their apps, and sharing insights with Apple engineering teams to help guide future features. The Evangelist connects with developers through workshops, technical labs, consultations, presentations, and other in-person and online programs. The role also plans, develops, and oversees technical sessions for WWDC and year-round developer activities. Projects may be ambiguous at the outset, requiring the Evangelist to help define and shape them while working across teams and organizations. Apple’s Design and Technology Evangelists also support developer events by leading presentation production, coaching speakers, providing slide design feedback, and managing and staffing design and technology labs. The broader team contributes to the Apple Design Awards, third-party Keynote demos, Apple Design Resources, the Human Interface Guidelines, and the Apple Developer app.
