UI Developer- 10-15 years
About The Position
The UI Developer will participate in the definition and development of our platform. This role involves working with internal stakeholders to create and scope requirements, producing HTML/CSS/JavaScript code from design documentation for integration into desktop and mobile websites and web applications. The developer will need to understand cross-browser and cross-platform concepts, ensure code and design quality through test plans, and develop coding standards and processes. A strong attention to detail and understanding of UX and visual design concepts are crucial for providing leadership on front and backend technologies and their impact on the creative process. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external design, business, and technical counterparts, providing technical leadership at a project level. The developer will design and implement highly scalable, reliable, cost-effective, extensive, and maintainable code frameworks supporting large-scale throughput, following best engineering practices like architectural design, unit and regression testing, test-driven development, and continuous integration frameworks. An obsession with consistency of interaction and performance, a deep interest in the latest UX/UI trends and practices, and the ability to work with a distributed team are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong results-driven personality with high enthusiasm, energy, and confidence, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
