About The Position

We are seeking a talented UI Developer with extensive experience in User Experience Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, and Visual Design for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the UX team's velocity, producing rich deliverables, and participating in fast-paced sprints and stakeholder UX reviews. This role requires strong expertise in problem discovery research, uncovering deep user insights, and proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma and Adobe XD. You will work on complex technical B2B product suites, handle cross-functional inputs, and apply design systems thinking. The ability to question assumptions, analyze information, and translate technical requirements into effective UX designs is crucial. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, conduct design reviews, and explain design decisions based on principles and standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in User Experience Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Visual Design or related fields in the design of web and mobile applications.
• Proven ability in Interaction Design, Visual Design for Enterprise Web/SaaS/Mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in problem discovery research, with a proven ability to uncover deep user insights.
• Expert in UI/UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD) and UX prototyping.
• Experience working on a complex technical B2B product suite.
• Ability to handle complex sets of cross-functional inputs and apply a (design) systems thinking approach and translate effectively to UX design requirements and information architectures.
• Ability to question assumptions, gather and analyse information to come to better and innovative solutions.
• Decisions involve interpretation of data, planning own work, or refining the methods and techniques to be used.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Create IA documents such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user stories, personas, high quality visuals and other user-centric documentation.
• Be responsible for your UX teams' velocity and produce rich deliverables keeping up with the fast-paced sprints and stakeholder UX reviews meetings.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Translates requirements for technical solutions, based on understanding of how technical solutions impact the business as required.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in product design and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Explain and justify design decisions based on established principles and standards.
