About The Position

BJAK is seeking a UI Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and high-performing interfaces for its AI and financial products. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual quality, interaction details, and usability. The UI Designer will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design mobile-first experiences that simplify complex financial products, making them feel trustworthy and enjoyable to use. BJAK is a fast-growing company that started in 2019 and has become the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. They are expanding into spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel services, with a mission to help people get more from their money every day. Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, platform guidelines (iOS & Android), and responsive layouts.
• Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centred design.
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces.
• High attention to detail with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and spacing.
• Portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Must be based in Vietnam.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

• Experience with FigJam, Design Systems, Interactive Prototyping, Auto Layout & Components, Design Tokens.

Responsibilities

• Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
• Transform product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Build intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
• Maintain and evolve BJAK's design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation.
• Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency across different devices and platforms.
• Contribute to improving overall product usability, interaction patterns, and visual language.
