About The Position

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces. The designer should be adept at creating designs that focus on layout, color schemes, typography, and interactive elements to enhance the overall user experience. They need to understand user-centered design principles and how to translate user needs into functional designs. Requirements

Strong command of Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD
Solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience with user research and usability testing
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of design systems and consistency

Nice To Haves

Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work
Experience with design systems contribution
Track record in fintech, insurance, or member-facing digital products
Hands-on experience with user research and A/B testing

Responsibilities

Create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces, focusing on layout, color schemes, typography, and interactive elements.
Translate user needs into functional designs based on user-centered design principles.
Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams.
Articulate design decisions and defend work to stakeholders.
Identify complex problems and develop user-friendly solutions.
Ensure new designs adhere to existing guidelines while knowing when to propose updates to design systems.
