About The Position

Machobear Studios, an established tech start-up based in Vancouver and creators of liv.rent, is seeking a creative and adaptable UGC Content Creator & Channel Coordinator for a contract role supporting a high-profile Seattle real estate project. This position involves creating engaging daily content, experimenting with AI workflows, and contributing fresh creative ideas within a fast-paced, collaborative team. The role focuses on social-first content creation, leveraging AI tools for content generation and adaptation, and staying current with social media and AI trends.

Requirements

• Experience creating social-first content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts, understanding what makes content organic, engaging, and platform-native.
• Proficiency in capturing iPhone photo and video content.
• A strong visual eye and interest in growing organic social media channels through content quality, consistency, and trend awareness.
• Experience using AI organization and workflow tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for planning, organization, ideation, and execution.
• Basic editing experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Lightroom, or similar.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• A problem-solving mindset and comfort with a role that may evolve quickly.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in marketing, social media, AI, and content trends.

Nice To Haves

• DSLR camera experience and basic photography knowledge.
• Experience with AI asset creation tools (e.g., fal.ai, ElevenLabs, Seedance, Google Gemini Image / Nano Banana, Kling AI) or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience supporting paid social creative or creating content variations for paid media testing.
• Experience creating content for real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, or luxury brands.
• Comfort appearing on camera or directing light on-site content moments.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and short-form video content for organic and paid social media channels, prioritizing social-first iPhone content.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, Seedance, Kling AI, Google Gemini Image / Nano Banana) to create, adapt, and scale content assets, including generative media, video variations, voice/audio assets, captions, and creative iterations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on social media goals, campaign concepts, content needs, and launch priorities.
• Apply a strong visual sense to organic content, identifying platform-native content with growth potential.
• Track social media, marketing, platform, and AI trends to inform content planning and execution.
• Maintain organized files, content libraries, notes, and production workflows for easy review and repurposing.
• Communicate progress, blockers, timelines, and content needs effectively in a fast-moving environment.
