About The Position

The Street Team Member creates excitement, starts conversations, generates QR code scans, and brings prospective members into UFC GYM. The role represents the brand at approved community and high-traffic locations, promotes a free one-month limited all-access membership, and reports activity and feedback to management. Street Team Members work independently in the field while following company guidance for conduct, safety, and brand representation.

Requirements

Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
Able to stand, walk, and remain active throughout assigned shifts in various weather conditions.
Positive, coachable attitude and ability to represent the UFC GYM brand well.
Smartphone required for QR code verification and shift communication.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in field marketing, promotions, brand ambassador work, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with or interest in fitness and the UFC GYM brand.

Responsibilities

Represent UFC GYM professionally at company-approved marketing locations, including community venues, businesses, events, and other high-traffic areas.
Proactively engage members of the public, initiate conversations confidently, deliver the company script, and encourage prospects to scan the QR code for the free one-month limited all-access membership offer.
Respond to common objections using approved talking points, remain positive, and relocate within the assigned location when engagement or foot traffic slows.
Keep the QR code sign visible and allow prospects to scan it themselves; verify successful scans when possible, thank prospects, and move on promptly.
Check required equipment before each shift and complete before-, during-, and after-shift checklists, including clocking in and out, verifying the QR code, reviewing the location, and returning equipment.
Report daily QR scan totals, effective locations, and member feedback to management; promptly communicate field incidents, safety concerns, or other issues.
Wear the required Street Team uniform and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.
Follow the role's conduct rules, respect private property, follow company social media guidelines, arrive on time, accept coaching, support teammates, and represent UFC GYM positively.
Remain aware of surroundings, use crosswalks, stay hydrated, use sunscreen as needed, and disengage from aggressive or unsafe situations and notify a manager.
Stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during indoor and outdoor shifts, potentially in varying weather; carry or transport marketing materials and, where assigned, use a scooter between nearby locations.
