About The Position

This role involves providing expertise in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) with a focus on administering and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, migrating users and desktops to Microsoft Intune, and packaging applications using Intune. The engineer will also be responsible for writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts, collaborating with customers and stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication. Familiarity with the Atlassian suite and holding an IAT Level II certification are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience performing the activities described above; or Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail
• Experience migrating users and desktops to Microsoft Intune
• Experience packaging applications using Microsoft Intune
• Experience writing and troubleshooting Power Shell scripts
• Experience working directly with customer and other stakeholders to interpret requirements / feedback and report status
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service skills
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence
• Current IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSP
