About The Position
We are seeking a Lead Cloud Platform / DevSecOps Engineer with Secret clearance to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, and DevSecOps, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure services and cloud platform operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Landing Zones, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and deploying solutions in Azure Government, particularly within IL4/IL5 environments. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, managing CI/CD pipelines, and integrating security scanning tools are essential. A solid understanding of Azure networking fundamentals is also required. This position demands a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, along with an IAT Level II certification.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or closely related technical roles.
- Broad, hands-on experience working across Microsoft Azure services and cloud platform operations.
- Direct experience with Azure Landing Zones.
- Strong experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Experience deploying and managing solutions in Azure Government.
- Understanding of cloud engineering and security requirements associated with IL4/IL5 environments.
- Strong experience maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Bicep.
- Experience managing cloud configuration, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating code scanning and automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
- Strong understanding of Azure networking fundamentals, including Network Security Groups, route tables, and hub-and-spoke architectures.
- IAT Level II certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Secret clearance required.
