St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco’s mission is to offer hope and service, on a direct person to person basis, working to break the cycles of homelessness and domestic violence. This position provides a full range of direct case management to Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) clients receiving Urgent Accommodation Vouchers for 14-day hotel stays. This position evaluates client needs and develops a service plan with the main goal of a shelter placement for approximately 20 active clients by the end of their 14-day hotel stay. The goal is to transition the TAY individual from the Urgent Accommodation Voucher Program to a shelter placement as quickly as possible. This is a Full-time, non-exempt, union position.
