About The Position

Under the direction of the UAT Team Lead, the UAT Testing Analyst executes comprehensive functional and regression test plans in support of global system changes. Supports testing for all projects and required changes that impact systems from start to finish. For roles that are 100% remote or hybrid, you must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection to support daily job responsibilities. A minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required. Those fully remote associates residing in states where service is required by contract, law, or regulation will be allowed to submit for reimbursement. Your career starts now. Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years FACETS Systems experience or systems testing in a healthcare setting required
  • Strong experience with claims processing
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong analytical and research skills required

Responsibilities

  • Represents UAT in meetings with stakeholders as required
  • Manage multiple cases/projects for multiple LOBs
  • Must meet established standard levels of agreement (SLA’s) for productivity and quality standards and complete reports as required
  • Assist in the development of business requirements
  • Analyze requirements to determine testing scope
  • Development of extensive testing scenarios through comprehensive analysis of all components impacting claims payment, including providers, agreements, members, etc.
  • Creation of test approach documentation, including scripts
  • Successful execution of test cases with thorough analysis of the results to validate the correctness of system modifications
  • Identification, documentation, and tracking of all defects
  • Collaboration with development teams to resolve problems and recommend solutions when needed
