As a UAT Automation Analyst, you will own the end-to-end design, development, and execution of automated User Acceptance Testing across all compensation workflows. You'll partner with compensation analysts, system engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business logic into repeatable, trustworthy test automation. The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Sales Compensation (GSC) Operations team is seeking a UAT Automation Analyst to join our Systems Operations team. As part of GSC SysOps, you will own the design, development, and execution of automated User Acceptance Testing across all sales compensation workflows within the Varicent ICM system, ensuring that every system change meets business requirements before reaching production. Objectives for this role will include building the UAT automation framework, orchestrating test execution across compensation workflows, integrating AI to increase testing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in test coverage and reliability. This role requires working with global business owners in HR, Legal, Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue, Segmentation, Product & Technology, and our Business Intelligence team to validate that system changes accurately reflect plan design, calculation logic, and payout execution. Cross-team coordination, time management, and excellent communication skills are essential. It is key that we pay employees on time and accurately.
