About The Position

Join Manna's dynamic team as a Flight Operator at our new US headquarters in Tulsa! In this essential role within our live operations, you will report to the Central Operations Lead and play a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of our drones. More than just piloting, this position places you at the heart of Manna's operational strategy, where your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver a seamless, cutting-edge service.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
Comfortable working with technology and software-based systems
Ability to maintain concentration during extended periods
Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Nice To Haves

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
Experience operating drones, robotics, aviation systems or other safety-critical technologies
Experience in aviation, logistics, military, emergency services or technical operations
Experience working in regulated operational environments

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor autonomous drone delivery flights in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
Monitor aircraft systems, weather conditions, airspace activity, and operational performance
Identify, assess and respond to operational issues in real time
Maintain accurate operational, safety and maintenance records
Conduct routine inspections of aircraft, batteries, ground equipment and operational infrastructure
Support daily operational readiness and site setup activities
Work closely with fellow Flight Operators, Supervisors and Engineering teams
Participate in training activities and continuous operational improvement initiatives
Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism and regulatory compliance
