About The Position
Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a per-diem Registered Nurse to support UAS assessments on Long Island.
Requirements
- UAS experience REQUIRED
- At least 1 year of RN experience required
- Active NYS Registered Nurse License & Registration
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Physical and QuantiFERON (completed within the past year)
- MMR Titers (within the past 10 years)
- NPI Number
- Malpractice Insurance
Nice To Haves
- AlayaCare experience preferred
- Start of Care experience preferred
