About The Position

District Court Probation seeks a part-time employee to serve as urinalysis monitor 15 hours per week. The urinalysis monitor is a vital link in the court system’s efforts to ensure compliance with court orders by providing urinalysis collection service for clients on probation for misdemeanant offenses. This position is for a MALE UA monitor - collecting samples from male Probation clients.

Requirements

  • Bona-Fide Occupational Qualification; must be filled by a MALE
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Requires a background check that meets county criteria
  • Experience in operating office equipment standard to the area of assignment including computers
  • Be attentive to detail and maintain a high degree of accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to secure urinalysis samples, observing same-gender sample collection
  • Assure clinically accurate tests are gathered
  • Process samples and paperwork according to established department policies and procedure
  • Record test results in a timely manner
