About The Position

You’ll be joining our team at the ABC building, working alongside colleagues supporting the Beta and Compass teams. This role reports to the Substance Compliance Manager, who manages urinalysis testing and compliance for our community services clients. You’ll work closely with several departments and our welcoming Front Desk staff. The UA Technician oversees drug and alcohol testing for our female clients in our community services programs. You will be responsible for quality, efficiency, and customer service in this role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current, valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass drug test, including federally prohibited substances.
Ability to pass full background check.
Good writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Conducting drug and alcohol testing for clients of Alternatives, including: urinalysis testing, sweat patch testing, hair testing, and breathalyzers.
Documentation and paperwork.
Entering and maintaining accurate data into Total Offender Management (TOM) for clients.
Cross-training as needed, to help support front desk staff and traffic.
