Our client, Moodro (https://moodro.net), is a rapidly growing defense technology company developing autonomous counter-UAS solutions designed to operate in real combat conditions and support frontline units. Moodro systems are actively used by combat units in operational environments. The company has already delivered a significant number of electronic warfare (EW) and signals intelligence (SIGINT) stations to the field. Its technologies have received official NATO codification and validation from relevant operational units. The team includes veterans and engineers who regularly test and refine solutions in real field conditions. We’re looking for a hands-on U.S. Business Development and Capture Manager to own bottom-up customer engagement and lead capture efforts for U.S. DoD opportunities related to EW solutions. This high-visibility role reports directly to the President and focuses on accelerating traction in the U.S. by driving bottom-up adoption with end users (units/operators) and translating field insights into winning capture and proposal strategies. This opportunity is fully remote with considerable travel and is structured as a contract-to-hire position.
