About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, nutrition, or dietetics
• Member in good standing with the OIIQ or OPDQ
• Bilingual in French and English
• Minimum of one year of experience in a type 1 diabetes clinic or a similar role

Nice To Haves

• CDE certification

Responsibilities

• Support patients in the use of technology-based solutions for diabetes management
• Provide personalized follow-up and respond to user inquiries
• Train and support healthcare professionals in using the various solutions offered
• Collaborate with endocrinologists, nurses, and dietitians to enhance the patient experience
• Contribute to the adoption of best practices in diabetes management
