We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of two-year-old children through play-based learning and positive guidance. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day

Nice To Haves

• CDA, associate degree in Early Childhood Education, or related experience preferred
• Experience working with toddlers or preschool-age children preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Supervise children during classroom, outdoor, and meal activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Support potty training and daily care routines
• Follow all state licensing and center policies
