About The Position
We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of two-year-old children through play-based learning and positive guidance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day
Nice To Haves
- CDA, associate degree in Early Childhood Education, or related experience preferred
- Experience working with toddlers or preschool-age children preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Supervise children during classroom, outdoor, and meal activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Support potty training and daily care routines
- Follow all state licensing and center policies
