About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring a Two's Teacher to support children's learning and development in a childcare center. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in the class, managing the classroom, implementing curriculum, and building relationships with current and prospective families. Teachers are also expected to follow licensing guidelines and company standards. The position may involve working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center's requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
