About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Two's Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The teacher creates interactive learning experiences, supports children's development, leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, and builds relationships with families. The role involves working with children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment and collaborating with fellow teachers.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center's requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Maintain expertise in licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children's achievement and support the center's success.
• Engage in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors.

• Hourly pay of $19.67–$20.44, with bi-weekly and daily pay options; compensation is based on position, education, and experience.
