About The Position

The Twisting Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring twisting machines into finished products. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Ability to operate and monitor twisting machines
Ability to set up machines, including adjusting speed, tension, and alignment
Ability to load raw materials and ensure proper feeding
Ability to monitor production processes for quality
Ability to inspect finished products for defects
Ability to record production data
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs
Ability to conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Knowledge of safety procedures and company policies
Ability to collaborate with supervisors and team members
Ability to complete assigned tasks

Responsibilities

Operate twisting machinery to produce finished materials according to specifications
Set up machines, including adjusting speed, tension, and alignment as required
Load raw materials (fiber, yarn, wire, etc.) and ensure proper feeding into machines
Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
Record production data, including output, downtime, and defects
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Complete other tasks as assigned by the Shift Supervisor and Lead Operator
