About The Position

Source Energy Services is seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to play a key role in ensuring production runs safely and efficiently. This is a high-paying, stable night shift role with real advancement opportunities. The company is a growing, dynamic, and evolving energy industry company focused on the integrated production and distribution of high quality frac sand, as well as the distribution of other bulk oil and gas well completion materials. Source provides its customers with a full end-to-end solution for frac sand supported by its Wisconsin and Peace River mines and processing facilities, its Western Canadian terminal network, its “last mile” logistics capabilities and Sahara, a proprietary well site mobile sand storage and handling system. Source’s full-service approach allows customers to rely on its logistics platform to increase reliability of supply and to ensure the timely delivery of frac sand and other bulk completion materials at the well site.

Nice To Haves

• Previous plant or production experience
• Experience in mining, frac sand, or industrial operations
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant processing systems to maximize efficiency and uptime
• Perform inspections and troubleshoot operational issues
• Monitor product quality and adjust systems as needed
• Complete daily production and inspection reports
• Collect and test product samples for quality control
• Maintain clean and safe work areas (spillage cleanup, washdowns, housekeeping)
• Operate equipment (skid steer, telehandler, loader, man lift, etc.)
• Support basic maintenance and assist with special projects
• Cross-train in multiple plant functions
