About The Position

Bright Futures Tutoring is growing, and we're looking for passionate, knowledgeable tutors to join our team! Whether you're a certified teacher, a graduate student, or a current undergraduate with strong subject expertise and a heart for helping students succeed, we'd love to hear from you. Bright Futures Tutoring provides personalized, one-on-one and small-group academic support to students of all ages and skill levels. We're building a team of dedicated tutors who can connect with students, build confidence, and deliver real academic growth.

Requirements

• Prior tutoring, teaching, or classroom experience preferred
• Strong command of the subject(s) you'll be tutoring
• Excellent communication skills and patience working with students at different learning levels
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Comfortable working independently as a contractor
• Background check required
• Must sign Bright Futures Tutoring's Independent Contractor Agreement prior to starting

• Certified/licensed teachers (current or retired)
• Graduate students in education, subject-specific fields, or related areas
• Undergraduate students with strong academic records and demonstrated subject mastery
