About The Position

General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for an experienced and certified Turnover Coordinator for our apartment communities in the Richmond, VA area!

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in general building maintenance
  • Have a vast knowledge of electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, appliance repairs, and interior/exterior maintenance
  • A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and passing of a criminal background check required.

Nice To Haves

  • EPA certification(s) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Overall hands-on organization of the renovations team
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure renovations run smoothly
  • Schedule upgrades for units
  • Order materials
  • Ensure completion of HVAC unit repairs
  • Prepare units for move-ins
  • Repair and/or install all appliances as necessary
  • Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations
  • Maintain paperwork
