About The Position

The Sales Coordinator assists our busy sales team with stocking in of vehicles and following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase. This role is suitable for someone who has some experience with administration or reception and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to the sales and accounting teams. Your love of the automotive industry, cars in general, and your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your ultimate success.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Hospitality and or retail administration will be considered.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly, and as intended.
  • Accurate and efficient typing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Sound, practical business judgment, and a problem-solving, client focused, results oriented approach.
  • Excellent document creation, reviewing and proofreading skills with a high level of proficiency related to business correspondence and communications.
  • Process-oriented; superior attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Results-driven and career focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Automotive industry is considered an asset.
  • Experience with manufacturer incentives is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Book new and used vehicles into the system.
  • Update vehicle status in the system.
  • Assist reception as needed.
  • Reconcile and match invoices.
  • Post manufacturer incentives.
  • Reconcile manufacturer incentives.
  • Report new vehicles sold to the manufacturer.
  • Follow up calls with sales clients to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with department managers to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
  • Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
  • Follow safeguards rules and regulations.
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
