About The Position
Our team of Seasonal Cleaning Technicians work together to prepare apartments for new resident move ins. Have fun and love what you do as a member of our summer crew! This position offers a great schedule with No Nights and No Weekends. Seasonal opportunities will begin in May and run through Mid-August. As a Seasonal Cleaning Technician you will be responsible for cleaning apartments as a part of the turnover process.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work on a team
- A valid driver’s license is a must.

Responsibilities
- Work with property manager and regional supervisor with scheduling of units to be cleaned.
- Complete turnover cleaning checklist for each unit scheduled within the time frame assigned.
- Document all items that were cleaned, and follow up with lead cleaning technician
- Assist with public area cleaning as needed and assigned, which may include, but not limited to, vacuuming hallways, cleaning laundry rooms and entry ways.
- Assist with outside grounds work such as picking up trash and pulling weeds.
- Complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties and maintenance processes.
- Work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely.
