Turndown guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Normal shift times will be from 4pm to 8:30pm, however there may be opportunities for more hours. Comply with NOBU CHICAGO service standards. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended. Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Always maintain positive guest relations. Be familiar with all hotel services, features and local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
