About The Position
Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests while making sure all guest experiences are distinctive and superior.
Requirements
- Ability to clean a standard guest room in 25-30 minutes, while meeting Hyatt Standards
- Ability to clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counter, and floor surfaces in accordance with Hyatt Standards
- Ability to vacuum entire room thoroughly
- Ability to dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves thoroughly
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ability to clean a standard guest room in 25-30 minutes, while meeting Hyatt Standards
- Service stay-over rooms, changing sheets/pillows slips daily and replenishing towels/amenities as needed
- Clean and check out (vacant/dirty) rooms thoroughly, paying close attention to details. Ensuring sheets/pillow slips are clean and ready for the next guest.
- Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and appearance and signify the completion of room
- Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counter, and floor surfaces in accordance with Hyatt Standards
- Makes up rollaway beds and cribs in rooms as necessary.
- Vacuum entire room thoroughly
- Strip beds and make beds in accordance with Hyatt standards
- Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves thoroughly
