About The Position
Sideworx Connect USA is hiring experienced, safety-focused personnel for an upcoming plant turnaround in Indiana. This role involves supporting outage and turnaround operations, with a preference for local candidates. Successful candidates will join a turnaround crew performing industrial cleaning, equipment preparation, air blowing, steam operations, and plant maintenance during scheduled outage work. A key aspect of the role is the safe operation of high-pressure cleaning equipment and adherence to all site-specific safety procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to work extended hours, day or night shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Previous turnaround, refinery, petrochemical, power plant, or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with hydroblasting, air blowing, steam operations, or industrial cleaning
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
