About The Position

The Wrap around Specialist is responsible for providing program support prevention services for families led by a parent who experiences a cognitive limitation. Services focus on child development, parent education and coordination of services/activities for members of the household. Support teaching and family support to ensure high quality intervention.

Requirements

• Step 6 in the Oregon Registry or have a professional development plan outlining steps to be taken to achieve Step 6 or Qualified teacher through DELC
• One year of experience working in Early Childhood Education with young children
• State of Oregon Driver's License and valid vehicle insurance
• Registered in the Central Background Check
• Current First Aid and CPR card
• Food Handler's Card
• Annual Mandatory Reporter/Child Abuse and Neglect training

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities/cognitive difficulties
