Position Purpose: Organize and lead all activities associated with maintenance TAR/Shutdown/Outage. Manage an annual maintenance budget of $5–10 million. Receive, review, and update work order requests to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure the availability of materials and equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks. Coordinate all projects with the Operations Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and any other personnel affected by the work. Define work scopes (RFPs & RFQs), evaluate bid proposals, write contractor service agreements and change orders, and submit requisitions for materials and equipment.
