About The Position

The Turn Technician prepares and maintains all outgoing and incoming equipment for new and completed rentals. This position is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the yard and keeping the rental equipment organized to minimize customer wait time. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Good organizational and communication skills
Customer service oriented
Valid state-issued Driver’s License
Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated
Military service will be considered in lieu of education/certification experience as applicable.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software issues and provide effective solutions.
Install and configure new systems, equipment, or devices as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs and inventory management.
Assist in the setup, calibration, and testing of equipment or systems.
Provide technical support to staff or customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Repair faulty components, wiring, and parts of machinery or devices as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored.
