About The Position

In this role, you are responsible for the upkeep of a multi-million-dollar multifamily asset. A Breeden Company Multifamily Turn Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and preparing apartment homes for new residents. Their responsibilities include efficiently and promptly turning over vacant homes, which involves identifying, inspecting, repairing, replacing, and cleaning the property to ensure it is in excellent condition for new residents. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Apartment Turnover: Efficiently and promptly turn over vacant homes. This involves identifying, inspecting, repairing, replacing, and cleaning the property to ensure it is in excellent condition for new residents.
  • Diverse Maintenance Tasks: Perform a wide range of maintenance duties, such as repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances; troubleshooting and fixing plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems (including lighting, locks, smoke/CO2 alarms, etc.); handling HVAC system maintenance; interior and exterior painting; and general cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, garden/yard upkeep, etc.).
  • Uphold all company policies, goals, and values.
  • Represent the community in a professional manner at all times-on/off property.
  • Deliver communication documentation to residents.
  • Contribute to resident retention programs.
  • Neat, clean and professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.
  • Operating vehicle and driver’s license required according to community needs.
  • Demonstrate ability to perform tasks described above without seeking outside contractor assistance.
