TRICOUNTY FS LAWN CARE IS HIRING! We are seeking a dedicated Turf Products Applicator to join our team. This role involves applying turf treatments and fertilizers to maintain healthy, vibrant lawns and landscapes.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills related to turf management
- Must pass a pre-employment D.O.T physical and drug and alcohol screening, now and throughout employment at random
- CDL License (FS will assist in obtaining this requirement)
- Completion of Illinois State Applicators Exam (FS provides on-site training and classes)
- Ability to work as a team with others
- Able to lift at least 50lb bags regularly
Responsibilities
- Apply turf products, such as fertilizers and pesticides, using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Input accurate records of applications and treatments performed into the database
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during application procedures
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety standards
