About The Position

TSC SE/Deluxe Athletics is actively seeking motivated, full-time team members to join our synthetic turf installation crews. The Turf Installer requires travel to various project sites across the Eastern United States, with a primary focus on the Southeast — including Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
Clean criminal background required.
Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently.
Must have a valid driver’s license and social security card.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to adapt to various weather conditions.
Must be able to work long hours and weekends.
Must be able to work in outdoor environments, sometimes in extreme weather.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Willingness to use and operate various pieces of equipment.
Carry, lift, and hold 50+ lbs.
Stand for long periods of time.
Punctual, courteous, reliable, communicative, and responsible.
Ability to get to and from the meeting location as directed for overnight travel in company provided transportation.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience preferred but not required in the grading or synthetic turf athletic field installation.
Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Travel to various project sites across the Eastern United States, with a primary focus on the Southeast — including Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama.
Follow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Human Resources.
Collaborate with team members to support overall project goals.
Participate in cross-functional duties and provide support to colleagues when needed.
Use and operate various pieces of equipment.
Carry, lift, and hold 50+ lbs.
Stand for long periods of time.
Get to and from the meeting location as directed for overnight travel in company provided transportation.
