About The Position

TSC SE/Deluxe Athletics is actively seeking motivated, full-time team members to join our synthetic turf installation crews. The Turf Installer requires travel to various project sites across the Eastern United States, with a primary focus on the Southeast — including Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Requirements

Must be able to travel and stay overnight at jobs
Ability to lead and work with a team
Ability to adapt to various weather conditions
Work long hours and weekends
Work in outdoor environments, sometimes in extreme weather
Work a flexible schedule
Have a valid driver’s license and social security card
Pass a background check
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
Clean criminal background required
Pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently
Ability to get to and from the meeting location as directed for overnight travel in company provided transportation

Nice To Haves

Prior experience preferred but not required in the grading or synthetic turf athletic field installation
Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Follow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Human Resources
Collaborate with team members to support overall project goals
Participate in cross-functional duties and provide support to colleagues when needed
Use and operate various pieces of equipment
Carry, lift, and hold 50+ lbs.
Stand for long periods of time
